Ok, for a quad-band phone (meaning it can be used in Europe AND North America) with a camera, video and quite a few other features, this is a pretty sweet deal.

It's unlocked, so it can be used on any network just by popping out the SIM card from behind the battery of your current phone and inserting it into this one. Really, it's that easy.

For any of you hackers out there, the WRT54G is the quintessential hackable routing hardware, with a variety of open source implementations that let you do everything from packet shaping to running mini web-servers off the device. At $34.99, it's a pretty sweet deal...
Linksys WRT54G Wireless G Recertified Router $34.99 (US)
The last deal I've come across today is the Tom Tom GPS. I did a review of the Magellan 3210 vs the Garmin Nuvi 360 here, but haven't had a chance to play with the Tom Tom yet. These are refurbished which accounts for the low price - I like refurbished items and in the dozens of things I've bought refurbished have never had a problem and always gotten a great deal as a result.
TomTom One XL GPS - 4.3" Touchscreen Display, US/Canada Maps (Refurbished) $149.99 (US)
Enjoy!
