Wow, this is pretty sweet -  SAVE $150 - Vizio 32" LCD HDTV 720P HDMI (Refurbished) $399.99 (US

Seriously, where do you see a 720p 32" LCD tv for less than $400?  I think I'll be trying to convince the wife we need one of these above the fireplace tonight...

This one is a USB wireless adapter for dirt cheap - Netgear USB Wireless G Adapter 54Mbps (Recertified) $9.97 (US)

CDW is selling this same adapter for $52.99 - At less than $10, I really see little reason to run ethernet cable across the house anymore...

Last deal for today is a dock for your iPod - well, a pretty sweet one at that.  It has AM/FM and a remote with a price that's the real reason to take a look...$19.

Logitech Ipod Audio Station w/AM-FM (Black) $19.99* (US) Price after $50 MIR, rebate expires 06/30/08

Enjoy,

Introducing the Hot Deals section of Live Automatic!

During the course of our internetting, some really good deals are uncovered - When we come across these deals, they'll be posted here.  Usually they'll be related to the site content (mobile technology, home automation, home theatre etc) but occasionally there may be a deal that's just too good not to share, even if it's not technology related at all.

We'll usually post at least a couple times a week, so check back often or use the RSS feed.  If there's something you're looking for, email me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and I'll see if I can find it.

Cheers,

Peter

Ok, for a quad-band phone (meaning it can be used in Europe AND North America) with a camera, video and quite a few other features, this is a pretty sweet deal.

Motorola V3 Razr Unlocked GSM Cell Phone (Gray) $99.99 (US) - $40 Off (or 40%, depending on how you want to look at it)

It's unlocked, so it can be used on any network just by popping out the SIM card from behind the battery of your current phone and inserting it into this one.  Really, it's that easy.

This bluetooth headset has a mail-in rebate which drops the price down to $9.99 - Incredibly cheap for the ability to not fumble with your phone while driving etc.

Samsung Wireless Bluetooth Headset $9.99 (US) - Price is after $30 mail-in rebate - rebate expires 06/30/08

For any of you hackers out there, the WRT54G is the quintessential hackable routing hardware, with a variety of open source implementations that let you do everything from packet shaping to running mini web-servers off the device.  At $34.99, it's a pretty sweet deal...

Linksys WRT54G Wireless G Recertified Router $34.99 (US)

The last deal I've come across today is the Tom Tom GPS.  I did a review of the Magellan 3210 vs the Garmin Nuvi 360 here, but haven't had a chance to play with the Tom Tom yet.  These are refurbished which accounts for the low price - I like refurbished items and in the dozens of things I've bought refurbished have never had a problem and always gotten a great deal as a result.

TomTom One XL GPS - 4.3" Touchscreen Display, US/Canada Maps (Refurbished) $149.99 (US)

Enjoy!
